Requirements to be listed on The Charity Vault include:
- Registered non-profit organization in country of origin.
- Active website with independent root domain.
- Telephone and mailing address posted on website.

Websites must be a root domain. For example, www.yourdomain.com Charities with websites on free servers or hosting domains (http://yoursite.hostsite.com) will need a private domain before applying.
